Welcome to WebFlow Base Advisory Ltd. (“WebFlow Base,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website https://webflowbase.digital and any consulting, diagnostic audit, or telemetry advisory services provided by our company.

By accessing our website, requesting a diagnostic proposal, or engaging our consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Description of Services

WebFlow Base Advisory Ltd. is an independent digital consultancy specializing in application analytics, conversion path audits, event telemetry validation, user flow drop-off diagnostics, and technical remediation specifications.

All engagements are delivered on a professional consulting and advisory basis as defined in specific Statements of Work (SOW) or written proposals agreed upon between the parties.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Our Materials

All materials on this website, including but not limited to design layouts, graphics, text, frameworks, case summaries, methodologies, code snippets, and branding, are the intellectual property of WebFlow Base Advisory Ltd. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

2.2 Client Deliverables

Upon full payment of all agreed fees, the client receives exclusive ownership of the custom Diagnostic Dossier, JIRA-ready engineering tickets, and custom schema specifications generated specifically for the client’s application under the applicable SOW. WebFlow Base retains all rights to its pre-existing diagnostic frameworks, methodologies, and general analytical tooling.

3. Confidentiality and Mutual Non-Disclosure

We recognize the sensitive nature of application architecture and user journey telemetry. WebFlow Base enters into a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to receiving access to any client staging environments, source code, or internal analytics event warehouses. We maintain strict security protocols to prevent unauthorized access to client confidential information.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law:

  • WebFlow Base provides advisory recommendations and diagnostic findings based on data available during the audit period. We do not guarantee specific monetary conversion increases or commercial revenue outcomes resulting from the implementation of audit findings.
  • In no event shall WebFlow Base Advisory Ltd., its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our website or advisory services.
  • Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of a specific consulting engagement shall not exceed the total professional fees actually paid by the client to WebFlow Base under the relevant Statement of Work.

5. Client Obligations

To ensure timely delivery of audit deliverables, the client agrees to:

  • Provide timely and adequate access to designated test/staging environments and analytics accounts as specified in the engagement agreement.
  • Appoint a qualified technical liaison to participate in kickoff and debrief sessions.
  • Ensure that test accounts provided to WebFlow Base do not contain unredacted sensitive personal identification data (such as real credit card numbers or government identity documents).

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.

The parties agree to first seek amicable resolution through good-faith executive negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of Chiang Rai, Thailand.
