Rates

Charges follow days on the floor, closed-file reading, and the distance from Hobart. Nothing here is a subscription.

Web Flow Base charges for time in your rooms and for the quieter days spent reconstructing closed files. The figures below are starting points for Tasmania. A letter of quote always precedes the first visit.

Daily visit rate

ItemStarting point
On-site mapping day, one practitionerfrom AUD 1,450
Second practitioner on the same floorfrom AUD 1,100
Closed-file reading day, off the floorfrom AUD 980
Evening map drawing included in a visit dayno separate line

The Application Journey Audit is almost never a single day. A modest council site with one application type often lands between eight and fourteen charged days, mixed between the floor and the reading table. Intake, referral, and callback reviews sit at the lower end of that range.

What moves the quote

Volume is the first factor: a counter that takes forty packs a week is a different room from one that takes four. The second is access. If closed files live in an off-site shed, we add reading days and, sometimes, a second address. The third is geography. Greater Hobart is included in the daily rate. Regional Tasmania adds travel hours and, when a night is required, lodging at cost. Mainland sites add fares, which we itemise rather than bury.

We do not publish a price for “an organisation.” We publish a way of counting days.

Deposits and travel

A visit outside Hobart asks for a deposit covering unrecoverable travel once tickets are bought. The remainder is invoiced after the debrief, payable within fourteen days. If you cancel before anyone has sat at a tray, the unused visit days are not charged; the travel already purchased is. The refund page sets this out in full.

What we will not price as a package

We will not sell a bundle of “bronze maps.” If you need more than one application type followed, we quote the second type after the first map exists. The first journey usually teaches us where the second will snag.
