WebFlow Base was founded in 2021 in Chiang Rai, northern Thailand, by digital analytics architect Kornkanok Sukprasert. Having spent over a decade analyzing complex web applications across Southeast Asia and international markets, Kornkanok observed a recurring industry challenge: engineering teams and product managers were routinely arguing over high-level dashboard metrics that failed to reveal the underlying code and UX defects causing user attrition.
